![]() PRIORITY: Low ENCRYPTION: Medium IDENTIFICATION: Obt. Renate Bommel SOURCE: Her desk SUBJECT: Questions about ze territorial definition of ze empire Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, at first let me introduce myself. My Name is Renate Bommel and I am (or better, I was) a retired Oberst of ze Rheinland Polizei. I served in times of ze republic for ze Rheinland Bundespolizei. Zis was when ze Inspektoren Weiss, Hildebrandt, Regenkurt, Becker and Schmarn were in charge of ze Polizei forces. Basicly I wanted to enjoy my retirement, but since ze Munich evacuation I wasn't really able to. And after I recived a message from Prinz Von Albrecht-Friedmann, I feel responsible to strengthen ze empires forces again. Old habits are like chains, you don't want to get rid of. Some of you might know, what I mean. I already joined a smaller Polizei department on New-Berlin and find myself (again) buried in paperwork. Maybe later, if/when my workload management capacities increase, I'm able to apply for a transfer to ze Kaiserreichspolizei (at ze moment however, not). In ze said Polizei department zere is a bit ... let's say 'lack of order' regarding ze forms and paperwork as whole, which does not make my adaption training and systematic reappraisal of ze past easier. However I already found a more or less up to date neural net link of ze empires laws, but it seems it's not really representing ze current time. Zere is a territorial enforcement paragraph in Article 1 §4 which considers ze systems Sigma-13 and Sigma-17 as war zones. Empires Laws Wrote:§4. Following systems are considered as a war zone where respective Rheinland forces are allowed to act in the interest of the Empire of Rheinland, including arresting or eliminating all enemy or hostile entities: Sigma-13 and Sigma-17. At first I thought zis is a remnant from ze last Rheinland-Kusari but zen I asked myself, why it refers to ze empire of Rheinland. On a deeper investigation about zat matter, I found zis is based on ze Gas Miner Guilds assault on Fulda. After zat attack ze Bundestag declared war to ze Guild, but since ze Bundestag is now expelled and ze government of ze Federalist forces, I'd like to know, if ze war is continued by ze Empire and every ship with GMG-technology is be handled according Article 2 §2.2.5. Furzermore: In §1.2 which defines rheinland space, zere is a listing of 'Sigma-21' wiz ze note 'jointly'. Fur ze sake of correct interpretion, is zis related to §§6.a ff., respectively §11 of ze second treaty of Nevers where it says zat Kusari and Rheinland forces can enforce zeir laws wizin a 15k perimeter around ze Sigma-15<->Sigma-21 jump hole? Or what is meant by ze addendum? Mit freundlichen Grüßen Oberst Renate Bommel Rheinland Polizei Attachment:

![]() PRIORITY: Medium ENCRYPTION: Medium IDENTIFICATION: Obt. Renate Bommel SOURCE: Fulda Border Station, Frankfurt System RECIPIENT: Kaiserliches Büro für Öffentlichkeitsarbeit SUBJECT: Changes of Article Seven Sehr geehrter Herr Beckendorf, first of all, vielen Dank for your response about zat matter. After I informed my superiors about ze progress of my training, zey were very pleased wiz my good work. However I was already assigned to a new task to complete my reintegration training. I should familiarize myself wiz ze newly constructed bases wizin ze empire. Some hours ago I already tried to inspect ze listed bases wizin ze munich system. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find one - it seems all daumann bases wizin munich were abandoned during ze crisis of ze system. I'm already in touch wiz ze Kaiserliches Registrierungsbüro and requested a cleanup. However, I also noticed ze changes of ze laws in Article 7 §1, which now mentioned a quarterly fee. As zis could be connected to my current task, I'd like to ask if it's wizin Polizei-jurisdiction to inform ze administrators of ze modular bases about ze fee or if it's a purely governmental task? (I'm not unhappy, if zis will be handled by ozer Mitarbeiter of ze Kaiserreich/law-enforcements. I don't want to overcomplicate my tasks for now.) I'm sure most of ze administrators, who were in ze Registrierungsbüro noticed ze lines in ze fine print, which says Quote:This is a one time pay, done towards the treasury. It would also be nice to note somewhere, date/monz ze fee expires as zis can become handy, if someone enforces Article 7 §4 (associated wiz an expired fine). Mit freundlichen Grüßen Oberst Renate Bommel Rheinland Polizei PS: I'm a bit curious about ze quarterly fee - will Rheinland corporations get a discount like on ze construction fee? ***TRANSMISSION TERMINATED***
RE: To: Reichstag | CC: Kaiserreichspolizei, Imperiale Polizei | From: Oberst Bommel - Kaiserreich Rheinland - 08-26-2020 ![]() Guten Tag Obt. Renate Bommel, The Kaiserreich Rheinland is thanking you for your efforts and we are happy that you have decided to support the ideals of the Empire. I want to inform you that Munich system is for now under the control of the Federalist forces and is experiencing a dark matter storm which is affecting our operational plans and most of the bases were destroyed in the last days of the Federal Republic. We are more than happy for the Kaiserliches Polizei to be the enforcer of the Kaiserreich Rheinland laws regarding the construction of the modular stations. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would send this to the Reichstag and ask them for more details and when I have those details, I would let you now. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Jürgen Beckendorf Kaiserliches Büro für Öffentlichkeitsarbeit |
