Bering holds some significance to us, and I believe that our interests there can be preserved if we come to a cooperative arrangement.

All we ask is the use of your spare logistical capacities for ferrying supplies to and from our strongholds, and the guarantee of free transit and access through Bering and to your facilities.

In return, we will provide logistical assistance where needed, and provide a regular patrol detachment to aid in security.
