Greetings to all of you, Heads of OS&C,

We have noticed your offer to seek a joint application for the acquisition of Aland Shipyard. I have brought this up with my fellow executives, and, after much debate and discussions, we have come to the conclusion that we would like to back you up as a minority shareholder. Our current propsal is to back your organisation to the tune of a 45% share for our part and 55% for OS&C. We are ready to front up 45 Billion S.C. should OS&C be ready to offer 55 Billion S.C., for a combined total of 100 Billion S.C.
Any further clauses or secondary assets can be negotiated at any time
