License requested and reason(s) for it: As an independent cargo hauler the pursuit of greater cargo capacity and higher profits is an everlasting drive. For this I would need a license for the ship designated Z-8550 "Pitbull" Pirate Train. However the required fee to be paid is one I cannot currently fully transfer, for this I would like to request a temporary license to fly said ship and pay a partial fee of 20 million credits which would allow me to acquire the rest of the needed credits for a full license.
