Hello everyone,
As some of you know, I am a pharmacist/chemist who works on the front line of Covid 19
I have weekly shifts (week on and week off) for long months now, so in my free time, I manage Freelancer
Now my only little sister and my mother are ill and suspected Covid 19 cases
I might not be able to follow up on freelancer heavily as I was with NSE contracts, rogues and outcasts, etc.. Forgive me.
I must take care of them personally in isolation.
I want you all to be alert and wear your masks in crowded and closed areas
Don't hesitate to warn people who don't wear masks and help them understand the gravity of the situation
Stay safe everyone and don't take precautions lightly .... Be strict in precautions and follow the instructions of safety by the word
May God save us all, and save my sister and mom.

As a front-line covid warrior, doctor I'm talking to you... I went through and I go through every day what you feel now. When my parents were in a similar situation, despite all my knowledge I felt helpless and in despair. The calm and optimistic attitude helped me calm down so I could help them.
However, we must never forget those who surround us and take care of us and them. You're not alone! We are all here if You need help spiritually or professionally.
Vitamin C (min. 1500 mg) / vitamin D (min. 3000 IU / day), Béres drops (2x20), fever treatment: Paracetamol (max. 2g/4g /day - depends, you know) & metamizole max 2x500mg/ NEVER IBUPROPHENUM !!! And have a saturation meter (measuring every 4-6 hours - good if >94%) - But I think you know all of these too.
I support and wish you good health, I wish you a speedy recovery!

I got an Oximeter at home and checking on them every 4 to 6 hours
No Ibuprofen, agreed 100% and no excessive/wrong use of anti-biotics

As long as they don't have any underlying health issues, I'm most certain they'll be fine! Chin up, there's light at the end of the tunnel.
My grandparents have both had COVID, one of which recently suffered a stroke, yet she soldiered on through just fine. In fact, her memory is still improving and thankfully COVID doesn't seem to have affected it.
The good old British idiom; Keep calm, carry on, is very applicable here. You know the song and dance, you'll get through it.

Don't worry about the game, buddy. I hope it's just a simple cold and not the C thing.
I don't want to involve my personal life here, but my grandma is going through the same and she's still fighting strong!
I pray that the Most High watch over you and your sister & mother and I wish them a fast recovery!

Hello mate i understand what you going through i had Covid 19 and i lost my taste lost smell, i was burning every day ( Like 7-8 days) i eat everything dring every C, D, B vitamins and all help just relax everything will be okay i belive you mother and sister will be okey!!!
