- Kensei Yoshida, Minister of Internal Affairs in a news interview following the Gallic - Kusari conflict of 827 AS In the aftermath of long years of conflicts, The Naval Operations Headquarters - in agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and by decree of the Shogun - will be expanded to fit the role as overseer of centralized joint law enforcement efforts conducted by the Naval Forces, the State Police and the Office of Intelligence. Unwilling to amend both the State Police's and the KOI's modus operandi, the NOH opted for the next best solution: Incentives for high risk task completion. Collection of tasks available

Mission reports are to be send to NOH through the NOH Auxiliary Division Channel. Mission: No drugs, no worries. "Ancient and modern history show us that humans take drugs for various reasons, often out of desperation and to flee reality. The Sirian main drug, Cardamine, merely turns naive fools into Malta's pawns in hope of 'superpowers'. Super or not, they are a disgrace to Sirius and Kusari. Their combat prowess is undeniable, so do not take them lightly. Exterminate at least 1 (one) Outcast of the serious threat (// player ship) classification. This ought to serve as a reality check to their superiority complex. " Threat Level: Very High Type: Repeatable Status: Open Additional note: Do not waste time on talking. Reasoning with drug addicts barely ever leads anywhere. Reward: 350.000 credits per snub craft and 850.000 credits per capital vessel. Bonus of 150% applicable upon saving a merchant vessel in distress. Mission: Wyvern's Wrath. "The Blood Dragons, self-proclaimed former rulers of Kusari, who aim to restore an archaic Hideyoshi era. They make claims of honor, yet behave like common criminals. Take out one (or multiple) serious threats in the listed systems." Threat Level: Very High Type: Repeatable Status: Open Additional note: Do not underestimate your enemy. Compared to other criminals, the Blood Dragons are known for their combat skills. "As you are surely aware, two of three Fuchu Prison inmates are Gaijins. Surprisingly many are also Cardamine addicts. We shall ensure the prosperity of Keiretsu efforts in this Sector and hinder organizations - the Outcasts, other criminals and miners of Gallic origin - from opposing their endeavors. Make haste to the Tau Sector, primarily Tau-29, Tau-31 and Tau-23, and take down at least one hostile serious threat as a reminder not to stay in Kusari's path. Mission: the Barrier Passage "Coronado represents two points of interest. A lifeline for the Cardamine trade and the stronghold of the micronation of the Crayter Republic. Whilst we once again consider them 'friends' under the umbrella of the Harris Alliance, their close ties to the Republic of Liberty are of interest. With the detection of a new anomaly nearby the Holman Junction, it is about time we take a closer look at the Barrier Passage. Scout the area and note down everything worth mentioning in Coronado. Avoid detection by the Crayter Republic, however if the chance arises try to lure out information from them regarding vital topics such as their relations to Bretonia and Liberty. Smugglers and criminals encountered may be discreetly disposed of." Threat Level: Medium Type: Single Status: Open Additional note: Restricted to fighter crafts of the Naval Forces and Office of Intelligence. Avoid Liberty Security Force or Liberty Navy vessels at all costs. Reward: 3.5 million credits upon mission completion, individually assessed bonuses for potentially useful information.
