Operation: ORANGE HAMMER was a success, and we couldn't have done it without you. While we took some loses, Battlegroups Basilica and Captana are back in Maltese space for a well deserved breather. Nevertheless, we have other matters that require our attention.

It seems that in the wake of ORANGE HAMMER, several parties are exploiting the situation. Gallic, Kusari, and even Bretonian military vessels have been spotted in Tau-23, which is rather worrying. So far we haven't seen any of them in Tau-37, however that may change any minute.
Hispania Imperial is already redirecting their forces into the Taus, and any additional support would be much appreciated.

Hola,

I have come to report on my duties over the last week.

I was in Kusari assisting the sisterhood. While their pilots still need some training, I assisted them in various other missions, including disabling two KNF destroyers in Shikoku. Nevertheless even with the talented Hinohara Yuuko of the Hoshihokori the KNF appears to have retained its strength following the Gallic war. It seems their new aim is to take over the Taus, which could only mean one thing: they are a hindrance to our operations. The same can be probably said for the Gallic side too, although I hope they are still at odds with each other and Crayter.

Hola,

We got an emergency call in Tau-23 of a reported hostile fleet. I dispatched the Accordion and found a whole lot of ships of many transponders: IMG, CR, BHG, LSF and Gallic Navy. They were allied, of course, and had one purpose: to destroy our business here in the Taus *sniffs*.

I was joined with Alexandra Amelia on her gunboat alongside many other Outcast and GC ships and a Privateer ready to assist in the battle.

Nevertheless, the engagement took a painstakingly one hour to finish but we came out victorious. All of their ships were destroyed or had fled the battle. Never understimate the power of the Outcasts, as they have been proven to handle even in the most dangerous situation. Here is a list of kills we racked up:

Copy that miss Amelia. The Auxesians are a big nuisance with rumored ties to aliens. This plague is spreading, and we should sniff them with Cardamine before they infect others to their cause.

The Insurgency has always been an unreliable ally and have decided to choose the wrong path. Hopefully they end up sniffing cardamine to us like their ally, the tech freaks we are dismantling right now.

I have come to report on the latest incident involving aliens on the MNS-Accordion.

Responded to a call from Julio Sibila informing me of alien presence within Omicron Alpha. They trespassed too close to Planet Malta. As my directives were to engage them, I complied. Together we defeated the gunboat. The two others, both in snubcraft, fled to Psi. Unfortunately our pursuit ended here as there was no way for my ship to access the wormhole leading to Psi.

Hola,

I have come to report on the latest events.

Flew the Accordion. Upon nearing Manhattan, our sensors discovered multiple contacts, both of the Insurgency and the lawfuls. Before any conflict happened between us, I saw alien readings. None of them were able to escape when they got caught by a cloak disruptor. We disposed them effortlessly.

Then things got worse. Even the Legion can't keep up with the Insurgency on their tail, but I took their escape pods to Rochester. Then, a Rogue named "Jerry.Bringer" decided to ally with the Insurgency and engage us. He was still engaging me when we managed to dispose the Mantis gunboat named "Sargasso.Sea", though we lost Nero. I managed to restock and then with the help of the Aizkorri, we disposed the traitorous Rogue and the two Insurgency capital ships and returned, exhausted from the battle, though not without losing Silencer. My ship is somewhat battered, but hasn't suffered a hull breach. It was also surprising the Navy didn't even bother to engage the Insurgency. That is one thing I am also considering.

Subject: Nomad sightings in Kepler

Salve fellow Maltese,

On 29/05/828 during one my long range courier runs, I have encountered strange nomad-like being in Kepler, although its true nature eludes me. I have seen and even fought nomads before, but this one wasn't attacking, wasn't carrying any noticeable weapon 'systems' and its shape isn't in line with the rest of their lifeforms. Due to the Kepler storm conditions and brief encounter with this being, there is only a limited footage we have been able to capture before it disappeared again.

We met Zoner carrier named as 'Flash Magnus', which was 'hunting nomads' in there. There were also Liberty 'D9' vessels in the area, which looked like Navy or LSF patrols to me. None of these encounters was particularly fruitful, but increased traffic like this may cause some issues with our smuggling operations in Kepler and Galileo.

If anyone knows more information about this strange alien being, feel free to share - I'll be glad for any clues. Captured footage is attached to this message.
