With the subsequent inaction from the Liberty Insurgency upon fulfilling requests, the Technocratic Directorate has deemed the vessels necessary for co-option in the anticipation of counter-attack against our common foes.


Six months ago, the Technocracy acquired two 'Liberty Siege Cruiser' class vessels from the Liberty Insurgency for the purpose of bolstering home defences. The vessels have been placed in drydock and have received various studies upon the chassis and internal working of the vessel. Most of the vessel has come to an understanding, however replication is simply not possible due to the unique components retaining safe guards for anti-tampering.

While Technocratic co-option templates in theory should be working relatively well on reducing costs, a blank slate cannot be applied to all of the vessels of the universe. Each vessel has its own unique systems, such as, in this case the Libertarian's Ageira plasma based reactor is incompatible with our upgrades to the engine system, meaning we are required to replace it with the more extravagant hybrid-adaption technology performed in the first IONSTREAM series experiment. Although the vessels are in pristine condition, due to the Liberty Insurgency delivering an exact duplicate of the Liberty Navy's vessel, a retrofit is required to replace several systems upon the vessels in order to ensure full functionality with foreign technology:



The pair of Cruisers have been carefully analysed during their stay whilst the Alethia Accords were being prepared. The reactor was specifically conditioned with extra safe guards to work in synchronization with the Forward Cannon of the Siege vessels, without these safe guards and dampeners, the core could overload and critically damage the vessel.

Another required modification is the security systems upon the vessels to allow for Uplink integration into the vessel to permit for synthetic lifeform integration and security link to the network. This will require an overhaul of the terminal framework through the vessel to ensure compatibility for our ports.

Due to expenditure limitations, the Twin Adaption retrofit has been withheld. Studies regarding the Cannon and Reactor linkage and bypass conduit theory will continue on lowered priority. Irminones will proceed in place.

The subjects will be placed on ice for safety purposes. Authorization levels implented, personnel will require explicit permission from the Directorate to access the site.
