AP-FILE #3622 PROJECT "OVIDIUS" - Ryca - 03-04-2021

Project 3622: "OVIDIUS"

• OBJECTIVE: Experiment on non-human animals
• ASSIGNED APM PERSONNEL: Senior associate S. d'Ambricourt, selected science-trained personnel, technicians
• AUDIT: Senior associate S. d'Ambricourt, Director A. Romero
• STATUS: IN PROGRESS

Overview and objectives

Ave, dear colleagues,

Our team has been appointed to conduct experimental research on Nauru fauna under Mr d'Ambricourt's supervision and responsability. Initial focus ("TALARIA") will consist in describing communication systems not immediately perceptible to humans, like pheromones, to eventually design artificial devices based on the most promising ones, which in theory would ensure immediate, stealthy and virtually undecipherable transmissions. A side project ("KUNEEN") will include testing cardamine on various selected species to identify potential military and/or civilian uses of their inherent properties.

Needless to say, this project is classified and access is heavily restricted. Absolute discretion is strongly advised.

-The Ovidius Team

Roadmap

I Deployment

Arrange premises on the ground, recruit specialized personnel (biologists, engineers, physicians, linguists), equip an armored research ship as a mobile dedicated HQ, for spaceflight-related tests, representation and storage of sensitive materials.

II Resource gathering

Capture the desired subjects, acquire from our stocks or import a significant part of the required supplies, including cardamine and potentially complementary non-native species.

III Experiments and measures

a Mission "TALARIA"

- Analysis and assessment of communication features among selected Nauru native species.
- Exposure to external stimuli to provoke conscious or unvoluntary reactions, both with and without members of the same species being present in the room.
- Captation and recording of the most promising bio-signatures for electronic treatment.

b Mission "KUNEEN"

- Exposure to inhalated or ingested cardamine, comparison with a control group, in spaceflight conditions.
- Comparision between trauma regeneration speeds in each situation; identification of potential uses in human traumatology.
- Analysis of potential effects on taming, combat abilities and physical strength for warfare applications, to be eventually improved through selective breeding.

IV Applications and development
