Team Convoy Logistics was an enterprise created by Tyrone Harrison who recently passed away due to a severe illness.
His Son Tyrone Harrison Jnr has decided to take over the dwindling business as it stands now, after he has inherited all of his fathers fortune and businesses, and has made investment into a new venture after selling off all other assets of his fathers businesses.

Concentarting on this Interspace Commerce business is his main goal now, and he is doing a restruture program which starts with the renaming to TRADE CONVOY LOGISTICAL .

This business is to be totally revamped into a large corporation who can handle cargo like no other venture ever seen in Sirius.
Each of the installations owned by Interspace commerce financially will have a resident Logistical Director present within the facility. This only applies to all main installations within the houses that they are stationed.

Each Logistical Director will accept sign up deals from traders within tht area who wish to participate in creating a large organisation, which supplies convoys to deliver goods all over Sirius. These traders will not be under a strict contract or any sort of deal that stops them from doing their own deliveries.

Tyrone Jnr will be haeding the corporation and will initiate a sign up deal for all traders within Sirius, who have a friendly reputation with Interspace commerce themselves.
Also there are plans to involve security and escort sign up deals, where a specific escort organisation can help to protect these convoys as they go through dangerous ares of Sirius.
All sign up traders are encouraged to make these convoys and request the help of any escort companies who sign up a deal to protect them.
Each individual trader will be responsible for the payment to these contractors, who will be willing to protect the convoy as best they can.

Convoys will no doubt have to go into hostile environments to deliver their goods and make their money. Trade Convoy Logistical can also arrange convoys that will supply independant installations with commodites that are requested from them.
Once again these installations will be encouraged to sign up a deal that will secure their deliveries when needed. Trade Convoy logistical will to the best of their ability supply a much needed service to the whole of Sirius.

Contracts will be screened very carefully from installations who apply for the right to receive our services. Hostile organisations, will be considered in some way, but they will need to sign a contract which will ensure the safety of signed up vessels and their escorts. As stated .... NOT evey hostile organisation will be accomodated.

It has long been said that piracy within sirius has become a problem, and within the Kusari system is usually quite bad. Rhienland has also some very distinct piracy groups who will prey on the convoys if not protaected.
Liberty also has a very wide amount of hostiles who will take advantage of the fact that, these convoys will be frequent and very vulnerable.

Working closely with the escort organisations will be imperitive for this venture to increase trade within the houses that are signed up.

Trade Convoy Head Office will be based at Newark Station for the time being, and I am sure that it will be possible to initiate a complex at some point to use as a Head Office.

Initiating these convoys will be complex and also challenging, but with the right people on board this venture will succeed to conquer.

Newark Station, New York
Interspace Corporate was founded in 204 A.S. by Ageira and Deep Space Engineering, since they could pool the necessary capital in insurance and finance. While Interspace was initially responsible for financing the construction of the vast Jump Gate and Trade Lane network that connects the various colonies, it was forced to divest itself of these holdings as a result of the Rheinland-Kusari Trade Embargo in 521 A.S.
The corporation changed its name to Interspace Commerce and has since transitioned to insuring cargo shipments within and between the various colonies. The remainder of the Newark Station population is a constantly shifting crowd of traders, technocrats, executives, and Bounty Hunters, all cutting deals and arranging for the transport or protection of their goods.

Waterloo Station, New London Waterloo Station is a hub for foreign shippers such as Republican Shipping and Universal Shipping. It is a busy, bustling place, constantly humming with activity as business transactions are conducted around the clock.

Roppongi Station, New Tokyo
In the early years of the Kusari Empire, foreign immigration was strictly controlled and permanent foreign settlements on New Tokyo were strictly forbidden. While the Kusari Shogunate was unwilling to bend these rules, it still accommodated foreign business interests by allowing Interspace Commerce to construct Roppongi Station in 318 A.S. Despite the restrictions placed on permanent residencies elsewhere in Kusari, and the outrage expressed by conservative Kusari politicians at the Hideyoshi controlled Shogunate for allowing foreigners into the New Tokyo system, Roppongi Station's business flourished, with many corporations opening offices onboard.

Bonn Station, New Berlin
Originally constructed in 521 A.S., to oversee the transition of Trade Lanes and Jump Gates to Rheinland's ownership after Interspace Commerce was all but forced to sign agreements to nationalise them, Bonn Station has since become the headquarters of Interspace within Rheinland, and is the station where all cargo being shipped out of Rheinland is insured for the journey.
Rumours, that Interpspace is involved with Hessians has angered the Rheinland government considerably, although as yet it has been completely impossible to prove. However, the Rheinland Military has recently stationed the Battleship Strausberg outside the station to keep an eye on Interspace's activities.

Furyoku Station, Okinawa
The base handles a large portion of the traffic moving in and out of Okinawa, and the GMG often stores a large amount of H-Fuel reserves at Furyoku. Attacks in the system against GMG and Kishiro facilities, as well as the Interspace base, have been more or less non-existent, save for the occasional raiding parties that are almost certainly Hogosha in origin. Part of the reason for this is almost certainly due to the influence and dealings that Interspace are known to have with the Golden Chrysanthemums. In exchange for the lack of piracy and attacks on their facilities and transports within Okinawa, it appears that both the Kishiro and GMG authorities within the system have taken to turning a blind eye whenever a Golden Chrysanthemum vessel has been seen docking with Furyoku Station.

This Faction is being created to bring back the good old Convoy system, because when I first started playing this MOD there were regular convoys back in the early days which used to spur pirate activity and also make traders money.
Anyone can sign up to be a convoy trader and the interactions with Pirates will be coordinated with the escort ships if we get some supplied. Please be reasonable with the convoys as in the past there have been typically over the top demands for credits, which also then initiates the pirate to kill.

Escorts will obviously protect the convoy in any way they can but will also try and difuse the situation by using roleplay and often bribes to make the roleplay as interesting as possible

Logistical directors will be placed into every Interspace area listed above and the possibility of more regions could be worked upon with the relevant roleplay.
