Now to begin, i have looked over the details and there seems to be no concerns with the terms provided.

I believe we can move on to discuss the price for the required supplies.

The logistics team on Salt Lake are the ones who handled this part. I assume you won't have any issues with it since the place of manufacturing is close by.
Now considering this is our first contract and business deal, i do not seek to pressure you by setting a date for the required supplies to be transported.

Despite not having a settled date, there will be a bonus payment that i will be more than willing to fund if it is completed within a weeks time.

One thing to note, there have been increased activity levels of harassment near the lanes towards the Texas Gate. Now i understand that your company has their own security division, we can not risk our first group of suppliers to be 'taxed' or shot down by any troublemakers now can we? I will personally assign some of our operatives to patrol the area and keep said troublemakers away from the lanes.

We're not looking down on your people's qualifications or experience, just being extra careful.
