I have many questions. What is it? Whats in it? How do I download it? What does it do? and other questions along those lines.

ENB, hq textures, hq music, darker and more hq UI
Some people say the ENB is too dark. You can adjust the Gamma to a suitable personal preference.

It's what Lythrilux said. A collection of enhanced grpahical and sound elements. It's pretty good actually. You don't have to use all of it. You may choose to use only a part. I personally only use the HQ system backgrounds. They are beautiful!
A few years ago I had some crashing issues with station background ambient music but that must have been fixed since then.
