Greetings, this is Leon speaking.

Hail, Governments of Sirius.
I'd like to start this off my introducing myself.

The name's Leon. I command a Bustard known as NX-01, a freelancer vessel. A while ago my ship underwent heavy upgrades, giving myself surveying equipment and the ability to jump through rifts. During this time, I have gained a contract with OS&C| to obtain system scans for their jump-capable luxury liners. This is something I'm ready to offer your Police and Navy forces, as some kind of freelance work to be contracted with your lawful vessels. After scanning many systems, my databanks on this Bustard are getting to hit capacity, and this is where my request comes in. As you can see from my transmissions with OS&C, my intentions are genuine.

I'd like to construct an installation within one of your houses. The purpose of this installation is to securely store all the information from my own vessel's databanks. My goal is to work for your Lawful forces and perhaps help them get scans for their own space, giving them updated information of orbit changes. You may notice that the Libertonian Government is not part of this communication. This request has been sent to Liberty separately and has been denied. I hope that either of your houses have any different views, and I'd like to hear what you have to say. If it's anything like Liberty's laws, and I'll need to submit a formal license request, so be it.
