Dear Leaders of [ALG],
The Bretonian Police Authority has informed us of an incident during which the [ALG]-V-Dachstein escaped BPA law enforcement action by docking on Kensington Shipping Platform. Apparently, a few things said by the [ALG] pilot to the BPA cast doubt on your willingness to end hostilities between you and the Bretonian government. The pilot also mentioned being part of a "covert operations section" before docking on Kensington.
I'm sure you understand that under these circumstances, we can't let [ALG] ships dock on our bases, least of all under the nose of Bretonian law enforcement while declaring to be at war with Bretonia and claiming to be part of a not very covert "covert ops".
We therefore urge you to settle your differences with Bretonia as soon as possible so that business can resume, and to refrain from attempting to dock on our bases until that is done.
