I dont even know if this will work or not since I only heard rumors but if this reaches the intented parties then at least I am off to a good start. My name is Asmodeus, Rear Admiral of the Insurgency Navy and Captain of the Osiris Class Battleship Amenhotep. For history sake my previous name was Jonathan Kalh. You might have heard of me or not either way there is not much that I wish to discuss over the Neural Net but if the dislike for Bretonia, and Liberty are high enough in your organization I encourage you to meet with me in the location of your choosing however know that I do not travel without my ship so dont expect anything less. I come with opportunities and I hope to have your ear.

I am Maréchal Laroux of the Maréchaussée, currently overseeing what little remains of the royalist fleet. I am not surprised that you have heard of us, although I would not expect one so far away to show any interest in our explots.
Under normal circumstances I would have disposed of this message immediately upon receipt, but we find ourselves in far from normal circumstances. As much as I hate to admit it, our current situation is dire and an extended network of associates who do not pose a threat to our own goals may prove useful. For that reason I am open to considering your proposal.
You will meet us in Aquitaine, unless there are any objections.

The Insurgency Navy is a force opposed to The Liberty Navy, It is our belief the oppression by the Liberty Navy over its Citizens are something we cannot and will not sit idly by and allow to continue. Much like how the Royalist have been betrayed by The Gallic Union we have been betrayed by The Republic of Liberty and find ourselves in a similar situation. But alas I do agree to meet in Aquitaine, Name the date and time.
