Biography

Charles Simon was born on Planet Marne to a family of progressive thinkers. Due to the influence of his parents and Council propaganda, he was a stranger to traditional Gallic values and culture. More so, he fully embraced the liberalism and freedom that Planet Marne's society had to offer, and this was clearly shown in his "fornication department".

His erotic parties were popular and his pimping business was prospering until the Council was reformed to the Republic of Gallia as part of the Confederacy. Eventually, police shifted their attention to his business and demanded a cut of his profits. Unwilling to comply, he left Marne and restored whatever was left of his business on Marseille, became one of the many pimps there, and eventually joined the Unione Corse.
