Esteemed owners of Modular Installations of Rheinland.
My name is Dieter Schneider, Secretary of the Rheinlandic bureau of registration. While going through the documents I've noticed that we have no documented payments of the quarterly fee of 50.000.000 S.C. The Rheinland Government has decided to impose a fine of 400.000.000 S.C to each base owner. However, the fine will be nullified and void as soon as you can clear up the loss of data and proof to us that you have been paying your quarterly fees of 50.000.000 S.C. After this your next quarterly fee has to be wired in the first two weeks of September.
All outstanding fines and fees have to be wired to Rheinland.Treasury-1 or Rheinland.Treasury-2.
