Esteemed Liberty Primary Fleet and Fifth Fleet High Command, I am Operative Nighthawk of the LSF and I contact you in order to clarify certain matters.

Following a regular patrol by an LPI Officer, it has come to our attention that members of the two Navy fleets are conspiring with Order operatives and ignoring their presence within Liberty space, instead of disabling and capturing them. Such acts are not tolerated by us and, as such, we demand explanation.

What are the motives behind those acts by the Primary Fleet and Fifth Fleet pilots? The laws are clear, any and all Order agents are to be captured and brought back to the nearest base for interrogation.

We will await a reply. Evidence of the mentioned incident is attached below.
