OVERVIEW
With the conflict of Canaria drawing to a close and stability returning to the system, Zoners of Omega-48 have finally arranged for reconstruction of Gran Canaria docking ring, hoping to once again establish the planet as a trading hub for western Omegas. Receiving aid from Outworlders, construction of this new ring is to take place on Livadia Shipyard.
Canaria Zoners have been able to arrange for most required materials to be delivered through their usual supply channels, but due to the specific needs of this project, they've called out to all willing Zoners and Freelancers to help with shipping of materials which need to be purchased from other factions in neighbouring regions.

Surely not because some people just want to trade on Core character, but it is interesting that Core is not added as the bad guys that trying to intercept cargo shipments, considering Grand Vista Orbital next to Canaria (or no more? didn't visit O48 yet)

My question is ..... will a Zoner Whale be allowed to dock at the Ring to be able to do the event.
A few of the Freeport 12 members have all got Whales ....
If not .... certainly not doing the event ......

Considering that a good part of Gran Canaria population is Corsair population, I doubt that Gran Vista would last long in orbit of the planet(or just return back to Zoners, hence it was given to Core without any RP), esp with Brets withdrawal. So yeah, Core helping Zoners make no sense.

The population of the planet jumped following the deployment of a force of Bretonian troops to hold the planet, and an exodus of Corsairs and Zoners unwilling to live under Bretonian occupation. In the months following the invasion, plans for large scale, organised and drastic settlement had been set in motion.
So if Devs not gonna change it seems here only Zoners and few small Coalition cities left
