To whom it may concern,
Earlier today one of the coalitions expeditionary ships "SCEC|CPW-Lusankya" was found within Crayter space in Coronado. At first it was seen as a warship, being a Battlecruiser class capital ship. Its captain said over the communications that is was a science ship and not meant for combat nor had any hostile intentions within our space. This was confirmed, and was not met with hostility by our patrol guard. This is still a violation of Crayter Law Article V Section 1 through 2, all foreign capitol ships are illegal in crayter space unless with a registered license. Coalition ships are NOT unwelcome within crayter space but a capitol ship raises eyebrows. If the coalition would like its ships in our space please register the necessary license [=] here. We have not forgotten the Sevastopol division and your kindness to us. The ship was fined and escorted out of Crayter territory towards it's destination unhindered.
