It appears our representatives have spoken:


Bottom line is, when November strikes, we will cause chaos in Lorraine and try to trigger an uprising,a takeover, and most importantly, to draw the Attention of the Union.

Now I don't have to tell you what the advantages to Corse would be if the Union doesn't have full grasp over Lorraine - much stronger control for the Corse and easier and more profitable smuggling. There is just one issue I want to warn you about. Our preventive information seeking operations in the Tau Regions and reports from our Tau bases indicate an increased activity of the Outcasts.

They seem to be congregating in Tau-37, near Lorraine and have even forced our small strike group to retreat, while fielding heavy battleships.


Now, we want to deal a fatal blow to the Union and destabilise Lorraine, yes. But there is a very high probability the Outcasts will try to take advantage of the chaos, and might be drawn in by the Sirian haulers we intend to hire to supply Metz with propaganda-laced food supplies that will soften the opposition towards our efforts by the common people. I urge you to relocate your units to Lorraine and be ready to repel the Outcasts, while taking whatever advantage of the chaos you can take by overtly conducting your operations. We will assist in any way we can but the Union forces will understandably be our priority. If you need to get rid of some people in Lorraine, November will be the time as it will be impossible to determine who did what when the dust settles.

Bonjour.

Our suspitions have been confirmed. Without a shadow of a doubt in November Lorraine will see Outcasts adding to the chaos. Three of their heavy warships have been spotted already,with a fourth one repelled and forced to run all the way to Tau-37 nebula where it dissapeared.

We will no doubt keep clashing with them till the very day of the Uprising, and rest assured they will be the target of present Maquisards equally as the Union forces when the Lorraine Uprising begins. We hope to see you turn up in large numbers when the time comes.
