OVERVIEW
A couple weeks ago Burton Grant was sent out to inspect an Enterprise-Class Liner, little did he know that his visit to Curacao alongside Jonathan Seabourne would involve stealing the ship and taking it out of Curacao's orbit. His journey has lead him to becoming stranded within the Cortez System inside of an escape pod. He has not been seen or heard from since his leave from Starflier Base.
A missing persons report has been sent to Liberty Police due to Orbital Spa & Cruise and the Starfliers receiving word from Jonathan Seabourne himself about the whereabouts of Burton. The particular pod Burton was held in has been heavily modified to play a game of "ultimate hide and seek." As a result, it is not visible to normal scanners and pings, and can only be detected with a specialized scanner and in close proximity.
With days left until Burton runs out of resources to live on, Orbital Spa & Cruise and the Starfliers prepare a SAR fleet to rescue him. The Liberty Police with the help from the Bounty Hunters are after Burton to arrest him for committing a crime worthy of a long sentence. Nearby Freelancers are asked by both parties to help investigate. Both groups race to find Burton to bring him in.

- The event will conclude when either the time is up or a post in the Communication Channel has been made finding Burton's Pod.
- Burton Grant will perish if players are unable to locate the escape pod in time. The pod will be found by Orbital Spa & Cruise by default if this happens.

DETAILS
Winning Conditions
An InRP transmission on Communication Channel needs to be sent to either LPI or Starfliers, with:
- A time-stamped screenshot with Burton's Pod visible in space and scanner set to "Ships" tab (to show other players around you).
- At least one other player from the same team alongside you in the screenshot. Finding the pod by yourself does not count.
- A time-stamped screenshot of delivering the pod to Planet Curacao (OSC team) or San Diego Border Station (LPI team).
- Every player on the same team present in the winning screenshot will receive a Bluebird or Furnace Performance Thruster of their choice.
Event Rules:
- An event-specific scanner will be handed out to registered participants before the event. The scanner is mandatory to use. Any participant with any other scanner on their ship (even unmounted) will be disqualified. If you can't make it in time for the beginning of the event, just look for any Staff ship online at the time you want to join and ask them for a scanner before you start your search.
