Borderworld Exports representative,

In the beginning, I would like to introduce myself to your respected company. My name is Sakura 咲良 Takahashi, Nebula Shipping Express Logistics General Manager. I am here on behalf of our CEO, Sara 冴咲 Tanaka hoping to establish a logistic deal with your respected corporation.

After revising some of our previous communications, we found that Borderworld Exports is one of the most reliable logistics corporations around and therefore we are interested in establishing a logistic contract with your respected corporation. The NSE fabrication department is facing heavy pressure from the high traffic of clients requesting high-tech devices and other equipment which requires the shipment of some requested materials.

The NSE members of the board assigned me to offer your respected group, a contract for shipping 100,000 Industrial Hardware crates which can be obtained from Planet NewLondon to our installation at Planet Cambridge orbit. Industrial hardware is heavily needed for our fabrication processes. We would also like to request another shipment of 100,000 Reinforced Alloys which can be obtained also from Planet NewLondon. The NSE docking master is willing to pay 800 credits for each Industrial Hardware crate and 750 credits for each Reinforced Alloys crate. I will wait for your reply as soon as possible and we are always open to negotiating any requested differences in prices. Thank you for your time.

I directed some ships to deliver 200,000 Units of Reinforced Alloy, as you requested, to your Modular Base.

After our ships had delivered 97,400 Units, your Dockmaster informed the Captains that he had no space left for further deliveries.

I have now re-directed them to other Contracts.

I have checked the original communication, to make sure I hadn't made a mistake, and it indeed does ask for 200,000 Units of Reinforced Alloy:

We have no problem handling large requirements, but we are not happy when our time is wasted, in trying to complete a Contract, to find the customer has over ordered.

Borderworld Exports trade department,

I would like to send my deepest apologies for that error. We had a problem with our trading terminal. There was a company that supposes to ship out materials and they were delayed by some technical and piracy troubles. This delay caused an accumulation of tens of thousands of crates at our storages which caused the problem of low storage. We fixed that problem and now our tanks should be able to receive the rest of the 200,000 reinforced alloys if you are willing to forgive us and continue the rest of the contract.

I explained the entire situation to our CEO and we are willing and ready to compensate for any losses that happened because of this error. The NSE is willing to pay and negotiate any expenses needed to the Borderworld Export corporation. We care a lot for such a great corporation like yours and for the business between our entities.
