Konnichiwa Nazumaki-san,

I want to make a formal complaint about the Liberty Police ruining my booze trip in Liberty.
This guy called Chris Garnet stopped me and demanded a bribe from me even though I did nothing bad, threatening he would throw me into prison otherwise. Now I remember, you were alot kinder than that, getting me liberty ale and all.

Now I know the organisation I am part of is illegal in Liberty, but that is not what I am angry about. It is about the double standards of that guy. He is clearly corrupt and I wanted to report this to you. Aparantly the law of Liberty is less important than filling his own pockets. Well I can play that game too.

Thing is. He gave me the option of bribing him or jail. So I gave him the option of letting me go or reporting his sorry ass to you. He thought I was bluffing, but I wasn't. So here it is, the evidence to put him out of business.

I didn't know that. I just thought you had some authority, seeing as you threw your weight around just to secure me a stockpile of booze last time we met. Also you are the only policewoman I know that isn't a pain in the butt. So it is not really a case of bothering the right person, more that I hoped you would see how I am actually right. People do the same to me all the time. They think I call the shots. That is what happens to people with great personality.

The ale was nice yes. I will come back to New York to get some more in due time. Meanwhile I will keep a record of everyone who bothers me and hand it to you in person sometime. Actually I had some sake on board which I took with me on my emergency stop. I had planned to trade it for some ale, but Chris Garnet interfered.
