Huh, word must be getting around then! Glad to hear my name's being spoken in good spirits. I'm a techie that specializes in power distribution and efficiency, but I'm trying to follow in the footsteps of an old friend who's left me the vessel I currently fly and learn more about what he did engine-wise while applying my current knowledge.

Stafliers... If I'm not mistaken your headquarters is near... Ames, right? I've been around there even though I haven't been flying for long, I should've probably stopped by!

Anyway, I got my ship in a bit of a scuffle as of late but it should be flying again soon. I'd be happy to sit down and chat anytime though!

Ah, Evans! I've known him for two weeks give or take...

I'm flying a first generation Claymore. It has its flaws but the previous owner, Jackson, heavily retrofitted and altered it seemingly for exploration. It's not quite comparable to other ships of its class given what I've heard but what's interesting about it is the lengths he went to make it efficient to have the fuel last for longer.

I think given the current day and age we can apply similar concepts to a more modern vessel to achieve what you're looking for and perhaps even copy the efficiency modifications to an extent or even design an unique engine block based on those modifications.

Well, now that I contacted you I hope that I've managed to clear a few things out! I'm looking forward to meet you in your headquarters. Also, looking into your vessel's profile tells me some interesting things, I believe the Kali was the original frame for the Claymore... Maybe we're onto something already.
