We've found out that one of our least smarter members of Lorraine Q-R-F has been entangled in some kind of controversy and you have requested logs of his 'sole' encounter with Krüger transport ship, and we'll oblige and transfer this data to you.

From what can I personally see, the poor bastard was trying to scam the Krüger fella' into giving up some of his paycheck, which is incredibly dumb, frivolous, and most importantly - unacceptable by our new code of conduct. Good thing this is an isolated incident, so I guess we can work it out.

His name is Valère Lavigne, he is currently at Metz, Neu Gravellote City, 6-4 Rue du Grand Pré. Full clearance to arrest him, I think he's already in hot water with the local tax office. Otherwise, I already promised him that I'll kick his ass towards one of the hyper hurricanes we have on Metz - so I'll just upkeep my promise. Equipiers nowadays are just a bunch of wanna-be mobsters, so it would be a good thing to sacrifice some oaf for the sake of upkeeping the discipline.

If you need some monetary compensation - feel free to drop the amount, Commission is interested in de-escalating and hiding this whole incident in the drawers. After the recent government announcement and acceptance of Corsican societal semi-autonomy, it's in our best interest to be cooperative and work closely with your agency. Especially, since we're interested in some more 'delicate' activity, other than having headaches over some shmuck doing stupid things.

Monsieur Blanqui,

It is good to see such great dedication for the stability of our society. The individual you mentioned was detained and interrogated, and as it turns out, the list of his crimes against the people of Gallia is so long that I got tired of reading it on page three of the interrogation report. Under our laws, he was sentenced to execution for his crimes: perhaps if these crimes had been less serious, he would have been sentenced to labour camps on Planet Quillan, but... he wasn't smart enough to think that sooner or later justice would come to him.

No compensation is needed, but under no circumstances do not touch the Rheinland ships: they are our only legal access to Sirius and it is not worth spoiling relations with them "just because". If you target your less legitimate but well known activities at our enemies, we all stand to gain; it seems that a self-contained unit of the fleet, loudly called 'the Combined Fleet', needs help in Brittany against the Bretonian raiders. Help them, it will be enough to make amends.

I have attached a recording of the execution of this wannabe mobster, use them as a reminder to your guys that they must not exceed what they are allowed, or a similar fate awaits them too.
