Greetings to the Coalition, and salutations Comrade Oleg. My name is Buck Owens and I am the patriarch of the Owens family and the CEO of Owens Industries. We are a large family of mostly miners and traders who work together to benefit our clan. We are free traders and hold no allegiance to any house.
In regard to our mining facility in Omega-48, its purpose is to act as an ore storage and distribution center and is not in violation of any laws, Zoner or otherwise. Our intent is only for peaceful commerce for the benefit of all.
I hope that we can work together and come to an understanding in a peaceful and civilized manner. There is great opportunity here for mutual cooperation.

Greetings Colonel Shmatko! It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance! In regard to your message referring to Omega-48 as dangerous space, I find your concern for our safety greatly appreciated! However, we knew there would be risks involved building in contested space and we understand that the risk is entirely ours to take. I am confident that our defenses are adequate to repel any errant salvo that may come our way. As to your suggestion that we move our base, that is out of the question. Much deliberation went into the location of our base and it is ideally located a relatively equal distance between mining locations and far from the most commonly used battle zone. It does not interfere with any trade route but in fact enhances it as a relatively safe space to rest or repair as well as for conducting commerce. We are currently offering Cobalt, Silver, and Gold ores as well as buying Scientific Data at a premium price. Perhaps you should stop by and have a look at the fine amenities that we have available, enjoy a drink at the bar while enjoying the finest entertainers that Sirius has to offer. Subject : Mining Base Out of Funds
It would appear that your base ran out of funds to accept raw ore or goods from miners and transports.
May i suggest a system that buy ore in at a price and sell or to transport at a slightly higher price.
For Example buy in ore at 2500 credits per unit and sell for 3000 or 2750 credits per unit to transports
this should ensure that base make small profit on its mining activities and can pay for goods received.
Could you please investigate the matter of the base funds as this puts a stop to the trading route no pay for
miners no ore for transport.
