If you're in windowed mode, try switching to full screen. Fixes it for me.

Thanks, but I don't use windowed mode, I'm always in full screen. Maybe I should have mentioned this detail: a few months ago, I moved the screenshots folder to a bigger part of my disc and renamed it to "Old FL Shots". Since then, a new screenshot folder has appeared in My Pictures. However, it stays empty if I take a screenshot.

Try comparing the old folder and the new for ownership and write protection and see if anything is different?

Neither folders have any write protection not ownership differences, as there is no more than one user on this computer, which is the Administrator. However, trying to close the Properties Window of Old FL Shots bugged out my Windows Explorer and I had to restart it. I am running Windows 7.

I recommend you to use third-party software like Bandicam, MSI Afterburner (that has built-in screenshot function) or else.

Press control+printscreen and try to paste the result into some graphics software to see if your printscreen key is working.

I've just tried making a screenshot in Vanilla FL. It worked. However, it doesn't work for Disco. I'm probably going to reinstall.
PS: Reinstall didn't fix it.
PS2: It was the antivirus. I added the game's exe-s as exceptions and now I can make screenshots.
