Greetings US|,

I am Dr. Ron Kosher, and I represent a small group of researchers, independent but loosely affiliated with IMG. We have rebuilt Appleton Laboratory near Freeport 1 in Omega-3. We reached an agreement with Freeport 1 for the construction of our base.

We perform research in mining ore and in metals extraction from mined ore. We are currently working on producing a more efficient graviton based mining array to improve the yield of ore mined from asteroids.

I don't believe we have done business before, as the war was still on when we last ran Appleton Laboratory which made us very careful about what suppliers we used to minimize risk. We usually used several suppliers for projects to mitigate risk and I don't think we ever employed a Liberty Company. However, with the war over, we are looking to consolidate our contracts into fewer companies per project. Universal came highly recommended and I wanted to see if we could arrange a contract for some materials we need, and I think a Liberty company is ideally located to be able to handle all of the deliveries.

We are in need of the following supplies for upgrading our base:

• 100,000 Industrial Hardware
• 35,000 High Performance Alloy
• 35,000 Optronic Arrays
• 35,000 Heat Sinks
• 15,000 Plasfoam Conduits
• 15,000 Nanomembrane Filters

The shipment of all of the materials can commence immediately, as the base is still under construction we will have limited space to receive goods, but we will ensure a minimum of 10k cargo available at any one time, and will clear the cargo bay as quickly as possible to receive more goods.

I propose the following buy rates at Appleton, which I think are quite lucrative and competitive, but if I am incorrect or miscalculated something please do let me know.

3600 SC per unit Industrial Hardware
1400 SC per unit High Performance Alloy
8350 SC per unit Optronic Arrays
1800 SC per unit Heat Sinks
1383 SC per unit Plasfoam Conduits
7717 SC per unit Nanomembrane Filters

Additionally, if you are able to complete the contract by February 27th, I will provide a 50 million credit bonus to USI|. If you are unable to complete it by the 27th, but complete it by March 6th, I will provide a 25 million credit bonus to US|

Please do keep track of what is delivered and do not deliver extra commodities. Proof of delivery is appreciated, but not required as we can verify receipt on our end.

I have already granted docking rights to all US| flagged vessels in anticipation of your acceptance of the contract.

Thank you for the prompt completion of the contract, it is very much appreciated. Please let us know where to send the 50 million credit bonus to.

We would like to employ US| for a second contract for additional base upgrade materials. The materials and quantities are below, and would use the same prices as on the previous contract if those were found to be acceptable. We do have some more storage space now, and will keep a minimum of 20k of space available on the base for the drop off of materials. We also will have a limited supply of Beryllium Ore available for purchase for 3500 SC if that is useful for your return trips.

We are in need of the following supplies for upgrading our base:

• 100,000 Industrial Hardware
• 40,000 High Performance Alloy
• 40,000 Optronic Arrays
• 40,000 Heat Sinks
• 20,000 Plasfoam Conduits
• 20,000 Nanomembrane Filters


We are in less of a rush for these materials, so if you are able to complete the contract by March 15th we will provide a 75 million credit bonus to US|.

Please do keep track of what is delivered and do not deliver extra commodities. Proof of delivery is not required as we can verify receipt on our end.

US| flagged vessels still have access to our base, and we are already prepared to receive the goods.
