Good day to you, my boss has sent me here in regards to your contact. So let me introduce myself so we're aware of one another. I'm Dana, part of the Presidents Human Resources Office. My title isn't required information here but let me be clear my rank is of value to you. It is not without question whether the pride of our Liberty Government comes into question for it will not, and nor shall we within any reason over come their laws.
Now we have that out of the way. Universal Shipping Inc has always and will always pride in ourselves as the largest commercial enterprise in the Sirius sector. To where we go too, and where we come from is our business. This is why our captain didn't tell much information in regards to our contracts and discussions.
So, I'm here to ensure the future of Universal. We are proud of what we do, and we're not shy of an under the table agreement should all parties be willing to sacrifice something. For us, its our name and future of our corporation. What for example would Kusari make of it if we were seen "assisting you" of course we can act covertly, without proper tracked vessels but our papers remain the same.
Of course your security in Kusari would assist our transports greatly, but this puts us on the edge of treason, and an act of covert war against the Kusari Government assisting you.
But, money talks... We have the resources and the pilots available to seal any job in a matter of days, not weeks.
We'll need some protections, so we don't get "grassed on" for example. How would you supply that, including your offer?
I'm really looking forward to hearing from you, as its our first contact you can be understanding as why we need the securities.

Were it to leak out into Kusari that you have been dealing with us, it would cause many problems for you indeed. But we know this space far more than the average citizen, let alone a foreigner such as yourself. We know of routes and detours that can easily hide you from any presence except for us. Additionally, you can rest assured knowing that our pilots are among the most skilled you can find in Kusari. Centuries of passed down techniques, skills, and warrior's blood.
The commodities in question that we might desire are those related to the construction and upgrading of stations to higher core ratings. I present you with two options in such an arrangement, were it to occur; Option one is to fly directly through Kusari space with base development materials intended for us, and we will 'intercept' you in the Hokkaido system. We will have a proper transport on site, and we will 'demand' you to hand it over to us at the threat of your life. Option two is to meet outside of Kusari in non-sovereign space. The Taus, for example, and use the same method. Note that we do not have the naval capacity to utilize transports that can carry over 4,300 units of cargo. In both scenarios, any authorities, other organizations, or civilians that happen upon us would be unable to tie any of you to us so long as everyone has their stories straight. Thank you for your reply, I have passed the information on to the "Executive Administration" here as such contract can only be overseen by a certain few of our company. We literate our safety concerns but you seem to have already thought about many of these. Would it not be lesser time consuming for you to allow us docking passage to said station rather than to have to meet up with us, timing being the essence should one of us be late; Another would be left standing.
Further more our administration would rather the adequate allowance of dock.

They like to pull invisibility acts, so to speak. The base is intended to be placed near a high traffic area in open space, which makes the likelihood of this fairly high. This is why we are reluctant to disclose the location. One could say your presence is naturally inconspicuous to the law, but you can never be too careful. As such, I cannot currently agree to the disclosure of the base unless you or your superiors can provide some form of guarantee to maintain its secrecy. If your administration is unable to perform the task without this information, then I will allow it on the promise that if any of you were to purposefully leak it to any unintended ears, there will be lethal consequences.
