My name is Tyrone Harrison and I have recently established a new Corporation named Team Convoy Logistics, and I am hoping to one day purchase a Headquarters that I can move into without having to go through all the chew of building a facility from scratch.

It's very fortunate that you came to me at this time of my life because as it happens to be, I was looking to sell Ulster Station and move unto more important business that needs to be taken care of and can't say any more about it since it's not final yet.
I've thought long and hard about your offer in buying Ulster Station from me and think I'll even sell it to you for the same price I've bought it for a very long time ago.
