As you said it yourself, the ship in question is the property of APM. The person that was hired by you should be accountable for abusing corporate property for their own benefit.

LPI will not compensate you for your own oversight, since the misconduct of said pilot has lead to this conversation. You may deduct the monetary compensation for this ship from the violator's paycheck, and from the "profits" they've made by smuggling Azurite Gas through our space.
