“Okay then. Here's how we'll do it.
We'll work on your carrier but you'll have to move to one of our smaller bases since the docks on Pacifica that we operate are already full. Move the carrier to Krefeld base in Cologne. If you want a tow you can also ask and the direktorat will dispatch an escort to take your carrier to the base.

Once you arrive at Krefeld we'll fix up your ship and by the time it's repaired the docking bays on Pacifica will most likely be empty. So then we can move to Pacifica for upgrades since Krefeld isn't fit for such work but should be good enough for repairs. With that in mind. We'll charge you credits for the upgrades on the cruiser but not for repairs and for constructing those ships you want. To pay those off you will serve as mercenaries for the Unioners.

However, we don't build super heavy fighters since they're a waste of resources. But apart from that, we can construct the first and second packages as soon as you list the ships you're interested in.

Okay so here's the plan. We'll make you a contract in regards to cowering the expenses of the ships and repairs we will make. When it comes to freighters I would personally recommend a "Ragnar"-class Rheinland armored freighter. It provides some serious stopping power with a freighter special weapon, three Class 9 elite fighter guns, and 6 Light turrets.
With this contract, you will be more or less obligated to provide us with all your mercenary services if required. To be more exact, this includes supplies, combat services, and intelligence should it be required. In return, you will receive the following:

• 3 "Ragnar"-class Rheinland armored freighters,
  
• 5 "Sichel"-class Black Market Rheinland Very Heavy Fighters,
  
• 2 "Sense"-class Black Market Rheinland Bombers,
  
• These repairs on your vessel: Hull Integrity, Propulsion system, Power Supply System
  

Services listed above will be included in the contract you will receive and services listed below will be cowered with payment of 200.000.000 Credits to UN]-Bank.02 :

• Upgrades of the following: Hangar bays, Storage space, Internal Basic Facilities, Repair Systems, Detection Systems.
  

These are the upgrades that are on the cheaper side. For the add-ons, you requested, the Direktorat will charge you 50.000.000 credits for every add-on you listed. Not including the cloaking systems since those will come with the general cost of a cloaking device. Now keep In mind, that you can always negotiate in terms of payment when it comes to the add-ons and that before the add-ons are installed we will have to finish all the upgrades and repairs.
