They're available exclusively on Barrier Gate Station.

Urgh. Playing with bloom on really destroys it. All the engines I designed didn't have bloom in mind. Probably would have been a good idea to showcase them in a dark area like Lost.
Also you should goto full impulse, else you'll get the issue of delayed chargeup, like you see in the Aux engine one.
