What I want is a sci-fi female (having trouble finding what I want) with white/blonde hair, with a decent shot of the Liberty upholder bomber flying in Alaska. I will pay a good price for the best one, 20 million credits with a bonus if its exceptionally good

Like Xing said, the render is of poor quality and people generaly offer more ingame credits for signatures if there's a big blank spot that the artist still has to fill in. I'd suggest you either up the price or lower the requirments.
