Director and esteemed Admirals,

I am sending this short transmission to inform of an utmost concerning matter. As the Kingdom of Bretonia has ceased operations in Vespucci, while nonetheless maintaining a watchful eye on the Independent Worlds, we are now faced with a dangerous precedent within the Kingdom and the bordering worlds.

An Insurgency battleship, by the callsign INS Enterprise, has attempted to escape, with the aid of the Order, to the Omega systems. While we do not hold interest in acquiring such a vessel, it is my firm belief that the Republic of Liberty will desire to regain control of the rogue elements. I have attached the main report from Inverness, and, an additional excerpt from one of our own vessels, below. I have also attached the bounty claim on the vessel, so that the LSF may be eligible for claiming it in assistance of the Crown's military. Unfortunately, no visual evidence can be provided thus far due to several equipment failures on the main warships following an engagement with Corsair vessels.

We look forward to cooperating with your Intelligence Agency so that this rogue warship may be captured at earliest chance. Coordinate with Armed Forces and Intelligence Service assets within Dublin and Poole, as they are the closest to the last reported location.

Director and esteemed Admirals,

We have received new evidence onto this case, evidence that has also, unfortunately, led to the closure of the available bounty.

It has been attached below, but we still believe that cooperation is necessary to successfully intercept the warship. On that end, I also wish to inform that The Order has, as stated before, openly assisted the captain and his associates. We leave that matter in your competent hands.

Subject: Thank you

Good day,

First of all, I want to thank you for the information and assistance in this unfortunate development. The First Armada Patrols have been tracking the vessel in Coronado and have even engaged the rogue battleship.

Let me extend Liberty's gratitude through this channel for hearing our call for help and forcing the retreat of the vessel in a joint First Armada - Bretonian Armed Forces operation in Inverness.

It is the opinion of The Office of Naval Intelligence that The Enterprise has abandoned the last defense attempts of the Insurgency in Vespucci - we have suffered great losses on that front, but it was all worth it. As you can see the Insurgents are scattering and abandoning their cause, realizing their imminent defeat.

The Enterprise has been one of the most active Insurgency vessels in the past several months, frankly, I can't help but feel a sense of relief that we won't have to keep dealing with it during our final push in Vespucci and that it has decided to flee through Bretonia. The person "Lance" who often speaks for the vessel and their crew has been a very tough and evasive opponent. Their crew is very abrasive and aggressive, and have bested our attack squadrons on multiple occasions.

We cannot at present spare combat units to go on a chase of the vessel into deep space - The Office of Naval Intelligence will be instructed to immediately despatch unmanned drones in an attempt to locate the fleeing vessel - all data will be transmitted to the Bretonian Armed Forces so our joint operation can continue. We thank you for your help in apprehending these dangerous criminals that may have now joined the Order terrorists. It is ours and my personal failure that we have not managed to contain them so your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Blake Wayne Van Leer
