Olympos, RNC-Rheinland.Tiger, RMS-Cerberus, H.Shultz, RNC-Dessau have been jailed for:

All reputations should be in accordance with the faction followed, all enemies must be red, at least during the course of a player - player combat.
Consequences: You are all in bastille for seven days.
I will be adjusting your reps accordingly, and some of you may end up without any credits or guns. I will judge this based on the severity of your actions and how good your explanations are.
Notes: As a direct witness to this I was shocked.
First, to attack lone bombers with that kinf of firepower is an obscenity.
Second, to then do so without any roleplay preceeding it is a major breach of the rules.
Third, none of you were hostile to the NPC's. This won't be tolerated. You were sitting right outside planet Houston. The Battleship should have been tearing holes in your ships.
I want you all to post in this with an explanation of your actions. It had better be good because in three hours none of you will have any guns or credits.

Hello first,
this is RMS-Cerberus. I read the Serverrules again, and i know what i have made wrong. Iam so sorry for my mistakes.
Iam from Germany, and my englisch is very bad. I have a Rheinwehr-Military id and i fly a Wraith with Rheinwehr Military Weappons armed, so thats ok in my oppinion.
Realy, iam sorry for non verbal rp communication. I fly missions for Rheinland-Military, so my reputation to other factions change automatically, if someone is red to me, i thought, he is an enemy at least, and i will engage him. But i already understand the rules.
I hope the admins will to the right and that i can reangage soon.

I didnt understand the rouls because im not good in english.
I made a mistake not because i want insult admin.
I didnt know that i cant go with Bs in Liberty.
I go with others because they go and told me we can go.
I ADMIT that I BROKE the ROULES.
And i will not get mad if admin jail me for 7 days.
But what with Ln forces, THEY also broke roules.
My wish was to have battleship and fun on this server.:$

Ok, i will agree with this sanction, but I will not get rid of the feeling that you're a little angry that you were shot down.:D

I read rules again and understand what I have made wrong.
I am from Ukraine, and my english not well.
I am playing those charcter only 7 hours and first what I have done that was bribing factions frendly with RM(there was BH and sinth foods to) thats why I had (0.5) neutral rep with LN
And yes we attacked thouse bomber without warning(2fighetrs and GB) but I think if LN and RM at war its not necessary
