The Nebula Shipping Express NSE|= started as an industrial and logistic complex, owned by Nebula Technologies ® which was established during the year 825 A.S in the Kusari house space as a Freelancer company. Later, the business became an enterprise and it developed into a large working cell of bees that can be transformed into a large enterprise. It was a hard decision by the owner and the CEO of NSE, Sara 冴咲 Tanaka, the vice president Sakura 咲良 Takahashi & our board members Hina 陽菜 Nakamura, Shinzo 真三 Hashidate & Jin 斤 Raiden to upgrade this cell of workers into a large faction for high technology development, crafting, and logistics, but the decision has been taken, and here we are, Nebula Shipping Express, a Freelancer company with several departments.

The NSE company is made up of four main departments. The crafting department, The research & development department, The security department & the logistics department. Those four departments are not the same size, but some of them are bigger than others. The research & development department is our largest sector and comes after that, our industrial and crafting department which consumes hundreds of thousands of raw materials and produces tens of high-tech devices and equipment daily. The security department comes next, and it is responsible for our industrial complexes' security. The logistics department is our smallest department, which works with 85% capacity for the internal logistics needs of the NSE industrial area, and 15% for external contracts.

The Nebula Shipping Express (NSE) owns three interstellar ships. The NSE|=Yoshino which is an advanced hospital ship and got lost after being subjected to a heavy attack by groups of blood dragons and golden chrysanthemums at the Honshu system a few years ago. It is missing since the evacuation of the NSE installation at the Honshu system. The NSE|=Nebula is a research interstellar ship that is commandeered by Hina 陽菜 Nakamura. The NSE|=Anarion is a hospital interstellar ship that is commandeered by Professor Shinzo 真三 Hashidate. Although the NSE has endured so many economical losses and depression caused by the loss of our latest installation, the members of the board managed to establish several profitable contracts all over the Sirius sector and restored a large portion of the NSE financial situation. The Nebula Technologies ® - Cambridge, operates as the main headquarters for the company at the moment.

The NSE recommends using freelancer and civilian ships for its employees. The employees are free to use any ship they want as long as it is working fine with the Freelancer ID. The tech used is mostly civilian tech unless there is a certain deal with some factions for using their tech. The border world ship line is welcome to be used by the NSE employees. Some are a mix between Liberty and Bretonia factions techs such as some border world and lane hackers ship lines.

The NSE board members are looking forward to establishing some mutual business with ship manufacturers for better-used ship lines. The transport line is extremely limited to a max 3,600 cargo space limit, so the board recommends the use of the Serenity transport which got no like, unfortunately. Our employees will probably prefer using the serenity ship because of its 3,600 cargo space until we can create better deals with the ship manufacturers to balance the max limit of cargo and deliver a better variety of those ships instead of being squeezed into using one sole ship only for our logistics and crafting departments.

☆ RESEARCH DEPARTMENT
The research and development department is all about high-tech devices. Most of the sophisticated technology obtained is from the alien species and that is why our scientists are always concerned about any information or data that can be achieved from the alien organisms known as nomads. The development is top secret and working for this department requires a signature to certain policies and protocols by the NSE board.

The fabrication and manufacturing process is very complicated and requires great experience from several areas in the Sirius sector, therefore, the NSE is always open for more employees to work in the fabrication department. The NSE produces all types of cloaking devices and all types of jump drives. It also produces recently all models of hyperspace Surveyors and hyperspace matrix devices. These high-tech devices are truly interesting and require high-tech experience.

☆ LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT
The logistics department is all about the required needs of the crafting and the industrial sections. The NSE logistics fleet is mainly working for our industrial complexes, shifting materials from all over the Sirius sector to the NSE crafting terminal. There is a low chance that the NSE would do other logistics contracts for other companies or corporations, but it is possible and could happen. It depends on the current percentage of occupation of our transporters with NSE industrial needs. The table below shows the main required materials by the NSE industrial and craft sectors. The trading terminal manager provides a high payment for each delivered shipment.

☆ SECURITY DEPARTMENT
The security department is for securing the interests of the NSE business. There is a chance that the NSE security would create a contract for a bounty on some individual's head or a certain entity. The main goal of this department is to create a safe and pleasant atmosphere for our employees concerning escorts in dangerous areas and dealing with possible piracy acts. Our security pilots are allowed to engage anywhere in the Sirius sector when protecting another NSE ship or an ally. Wisdom and combat experience are required for pilots to join this department.
