The Ministry of Defence hereby orders that all operational warships of cruiser-class and higher are to receive an increase in marine personnel stationed on-board equal to 30% of the standing crew capacity to prevent further mutinies amongst crews. This is effective immediately and we thus recommend all warships to chart course for the nearest settlement or shipyard at once. Should the location the warship is moored at not house a sufficient number of marines, Royal Army soldiers are to replace the numbers in good order.

Commanding staff that do not follow this directive within 48 hours will face court-martial.
