On the left, you choose ID and see what rephacks you will have towards other IFFs.
For example, choosing Ageira Technologies ID, you will see that Technocracy of Auxo will always show up as hostile to Ageira player.
On the right, you choose IFF that you want to check, that has rephacks from using specific IDs.
So by choosing Ageira Technologies once again, you will see that Technocracy of Auxo ID is locked to -0,55 reputation (nodock).
This can be used to see what type of ID and IFF combinations can dock on each other bases.
