West Point Military Academy - David Petraeus - 04-24-2009

HISTORY

West Point Military Academy has been training the best and the brightest officers in the Liberty military for over 600 years. Completed in 189 A.S. and formally opened a year later, the current commandant of West Point is Admiral Matthew Evans, son of the former commandant, Walter Evans. West Point has had many famous personalities who have both trained at the Academy and served on its teaching staff, including decorated veterans such as Captain Jason Findley, and Captain Marcus Walker. Rear Admiral Jun'ko Zane of the Liberty Security Force is currently teaching at West Point, although it is believed that she will be reassigned next year to a classified location once her teaching stint at the Academy ends, and either Commodore Juan Cruz or Captain Nikki Kidman are expected to replace her.

PUBLIC INFORMATION

West Point Academy is currently accepting applications for the class of 817 A.S. - Admiral Matthew Evans has done a large reform of the Academy's curriculum following the progressed escalation of the Rheinland War in addition to the large rise of terrorism within the colony.
West Point Military Academy has also ceased public-training to accommodate for the Liberty military's need for more commissioned flight-officers.
West Point's current curriculum includes a large variety of material covering Law Enforcement, Military Combat, Ethics and Morals, and Academics.

The Liberty Naval High-Command has also ordered most of its officers back to West Point to receive additional training pertaining to the new curriculum. Currently West Point is offering to wave tuition fee's to students who have met certain requirements.

Application to West Point is currently open- Students merely need to request to take part in the Academy and are given a survey to fill out, after due consideration applicants are accepted or denied.

Greetings,

I'm Lieutenant Austin Goodmen of the Bretonian Armed Forces, I was wondering if it was alright with you chaps if I sign up for a few courses in the Navy. Preferably Advance Combat training and Leadership.

I was informed that West Point has closed public training, However Admiralty is willing to pay for my fees, hopefully we can extend to a Military Program like such of what the LPI and BPA have going on.

Currently in my own personal ship, a Hussar that was handed down. I am willing to drop it off in New London and pick up a Liberty Class vessel. If the need arises.
