To the Liberty Government,
It seems there is a flow of illegal activity in the form of VIPs being kidnapped by criminal factions. Unfortunately, the laws of Liberty do not make any mention of Kidnapped VIPs being illegal contraband, which means smugglers of Kidnapped VIPs are not eligible bounty targets in the Liberty Bounty Board. You can find the evidence below on the attachments.
Also, I would like to request the usage of LGT-8d "Bandit" Liberty Light Gunboat Turrets for my newly-acquired Orca gunboat (Big.Fish), which was given to me by a retiring bounty hunter.
