Equipment requested: Usage of "L'ane" Gallic Blackmarket Transport ships by New Horizon Industries within Liberty space

Reason for request: New Horizon Industries board of directors found the L'ane to perfectly suit our needs before we even started our operations in Pennsylvania. In light of the following law changes, we hereby request to operate our fleet of L'anes within Liberty space, within the Code of Conduct, as we did before the law changes.
