Here is my suggestion.
Only players who are not in a faction already.
For players who are willing to stay in one faction only.
Let's play some faction that is neglected. Suggest which one you would like.
If interested reply here your ideas.

I will say, only accepting people with exclusive membership really does thin out your potential candidate options, but a new faction in Bretonia would be fun to see

I didn't have big expectations, as who wanted to be in faction already is.
But I like one faction idea, so it was worth giving a try.
