The previous message put out by our government officials seems to not have had the desired effect of keeping honest traders out of Thuringia. I have a number of reports of this kind, and I have heard similar chatter on internal channels. That is not to mention the ongoing smuggling routes likely pathing through Thuringia, which have ever been a plague on Rheinland space.

The Kaiserliche Rheinwehr is prepared to support the Buro in sterilizing the system in preparation for our offensive. I will recommend an immediate "shoot on sight" policy for all unaccompanied vessels, including those belonging to Rheinland corporations. I realize that this is the most extreme measure the law permits, but we must not allow anyone to gather information about our pre-supply dumps and ongoing exercises!
