Admin Notice: Players Fined - Reverend Del - 04-25-2009
Queen's Crusader, Sid.Hatfield have been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 25/04/2009 for:
Quote:5.5 Dock-killing when player is undocking/launching from a planet/base is not allowed.
6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.
Consequences: Fine dall credits and guns
Notes: Your reps were neutral, your silence was...well...silent and attacking someone wh's just undocked is against the rules. We've run into you before Queen's.Crusader. Anymore nonsense from you and we'll be imposing a harsher sanction.

The only thing I can say is that I am sorry. I did not know that said person was undocking.. I did not know that this character was killed before a notice of RP.. I am sorry for the actions that took place.

I'm not sorry, the Admin who saw this just appeared and saw us shooting this guy, who was attacking over and over again.
(He even send me money everytime I killed him)
Everytime he undocked he opened firing at us/me and we only returned firing after he started it.
So, not even an admin is perfect.
I think you should cancel this sanction asap.

Seems we have a nasty liar here,i just log on he server when thats happen,i was in Kepler,coming to ouray,you two guys was there shooting everything aroud Ouray,i barely dock,then i undock,you guy never say a word and blow my ship up.
This is a RP server,learn how to RP.

Maybe this is an mixing up, I was at Planet Manhattan with an LPI ship called Sid.Hatfield near me when another small ship started shooting at me / us, so we returned fire and killed him. (Don't remember the name)
After a few times an Admin appeared and threw him to bastille but didn't said anything to us about we broke the rules or something like.</strike>
I do remember, I think Sid.Hatfield paid me for a mercenary-mission, because I am what? Yeah, a mercenary!
He told me to follow him somewhere and I so did.
He told me to open fire and I did.
Actually I didn't even noticed you weren't an NPC untill you died, because I was firing at everything red around because of my breaking shield.
Still, I don't feel sorry for doing an paid-for mission, guess why, I'm a mercenary.
