Our priority lies in eradication of our sworn enemies—those who once betrayed our nation, and evaded punishment. For centuries, justice has been neglected, with no amendments or actions taken. Redemption shall be executed, because when the end justifies the means, any path becomes just.

Over the course of almost a decade, we have been broadening our presence, bolstering ourselves in the teachings of our ancestors. Our once secretive endeavors are now assuming a more direct formality. Wisdom obtained from our experiences ought to guide us. On our horizon linger fairly difficult tasks, a handful of undertakings that will demand a sacrifice of lifeblood. I am aware of the belief that the weight of the battles we have waged has left us weary. History has taught us to adapt to changing conditions, avoiding annihilation by the narrowest of margins.

You, my brethren, have been trained, and fortified by important allies, and friends of ours. Ones that have stayed close to us in the darkest of nights. Our legacy must endure, regardless of sacrifices required—even if it demands my personal selflessness in exacting retribution upon those who corrupt Kusari. The very thought of our failure would surely provoke evident disdain in Hideyoshi's heart, were it for him to witness such, alive. Time has come for a new form of retribution, one that must imbue fear in those who have taken away our one and only master. I have personally commenced certain interactions that deserve attention. Some have succumbed to flames of Gendaito's wrath, while others have chosen to cowardly remain silent, knowing their end is near. Furthermore, a gradual revelation of internal operations shall develop, necessitating its diligent execution. I anticipate readiness.

On the opposite shore, Corsairs found themselves comfortable within Kusari, evidently embraced by the corrupt figures who pull the strings. The artifact trade could escalate. It's on us to impede it before it culminates. I consider those disgusting renegades, Samura to be responsible for these events, as it evidently serves their personal interests for alleged confidential reasons. Corsairs reap the benefits of such supplies allegedly provided by these monopolistic entities. They are all birds of a feather, involved in similar corrupt undertakings. These 'masterminds' of destruction will soon come face to face with the consequences of their actions.

In due time, Dragons, you will be informed of procedures to be implemented. For now, remain close to our techniques, and undermine mentioned actors to the fullest extent possible. Future of Kusari rests in the hands of our versatile defiance.

I've gathered some attractive intel on activities of these fresh sub-factions formed under the banner of our sworn foes. Let me be clear: their thirst for monopolistic dominance drives them to exploit the innocents without remorse. They utilize deceptive means to garner influence. Despite this crude approach being well-known since the day our master was executed, let it be clear to whom they owe their allegiance - damned Zaibatsu, Samura. I've been tracking paths far beyond our usual limits, all hell-bent on examining these kinds of events. Often, I would unexpectedly intersect their trajectories, displaying a higher level of seriousness with which they would have to contend.

With my keen eyes, I glimpsed the sprouting seeds of our sworn adversaries, mostly in the Tau region. I have even traced their tracks within one of the lesser-known systems, Baffin, where Zoners hold their ground under the watchful gaze of the TAZ division. Seemingly, appearing like a form of peculiar protectorate, I would suppose. Although their approach to certain matters is personally bizarre to me, they do not hinder our ambitions. Word about Samura's activities is primarily noticed through the establishment of a modular installation branded as Tobise Research Facility. It belongs to a newborn sub-branch of the Zaibatsu, going by the estimated name of "Senkaku Regional Division."

The newly built modular installation lies in sector E7, approximately near the Nebulae covering the eastern part of the system. Recent events have led me to the conclusion that Zoners have opposed this division's establishment due to its unexpected nature. While I last heard that they were attempting to negotiate a truce, it is quite apparent that they do not have an amicable relationship. Despite not requiring additional explanation regarding their ambitions, it is evident that something entices them towards exploitation.

Their actions take on a considerably more radical approach, specifically when they refer to Taus as the so-called Senkaku Region - evidently their primary concern. Primarily, these lapdogs have been observed handling "terrorist" technology associated with Farmers Alliance, and enjoying the support of Hogosha. Additionally, they have laid bare conspicuous diplomatic relationships intended to sabotage their rivals. Sabotage, alongside assassinations, remains our imperative.

Although my main focus has been on the borderworlds, I've also had the chance to tread into somewhat unclearer lands. I've had several dialogues with the non-conventional Royalist groups, and carried out execution of an Outcast gunboat. Additionally, I crossed paths with a Kusari-heritage personality who has evidently been associated with these undesirable Gaijin entities for an extended period. At present, expending resources on potential battles with these threats in the Borderworlds is not feasible.

Nevertheless, should they impede our interests or trespass into Kusari, execution will become an imminent necessity. Though they attempt to show sympathy towards our cause, and even flatter us, and we cannot be swayed by these empty praises. Despite being one of few remnants of these radicals, they have started to intrude upon Tau affairs, step by step, even within Tau-29. While no fatalities have occurred yet, I am of the opinion that should they persist in intensifying their interests, they may ignite our wrath in a significantly more serious manner.

Finally, I will disclose certain donations we've acquired to uphold our cause from certain outsiders. Furthermore, I have acquainted myself with certain individuals from the Lane Hackers, and we have established a pretext for future collaborations. In our upcoming steps, we will resume disclosing additional evidence regarding the Zaibatsu's collusion with blatantly corrupt criminals and smugglers, while involving ourselves in an unrelenting campaign of sabotage, assassination, and related endeavors.

I have recently cultivated various diplomatic relationships, and in accordance with some previous work performed by specific representatives of our brethren, I have created distinct recognitions. I consider this to be an appropriate step that distances us from certain irregularities, somewhat deeply ingrained in our agenda. Yūmō Ronin has sealed a continuation of appropriate collaboration with GMG, and I will continue to inform our companions about the dangers that are slowly emerging into the daylight. Besides the evident allies reaching out with aid, GMG is relatively at our doorstep, fostering a closely approximate alliance for strategic cooperation against our sworn foes.

I've managed to acquire specific lesser-known intel fragments that hide an extensive bigger picture. This word is directly about our sworn enemies, those damned traitors, who are continually inching towards their own downfall, brought to their knees. Ronin under my guidance, together with our brethren's representatives, will never surrender or let back-stabbers go unpunished – we will leave no space for compromise. Found in the act with alien artifacts, they sought to bury these materials in our homeland, callously ignoring welfare of innocent lives, driven only by their appetite for dishonest wealth. One can readily surmise that it involves those fools from the "SRD" cell.

They found an unlikely ally in the rebellious freelancer, who had initially resisted my commands. Beforehand, he had aided them in obtaining that material, only to meet his death later on. As for his colleague, involved in transportation of these artifcats to pursue profits, he tried to evade, and even escape, but it ultimately cost him his wretched life. His life was already worthless. Moreover, I destroyed all those artifacts, keeping only a few for scrutiny, using them as a pretext to make contact with the Order.

Adding to the list, we have the Maquis, these alleged revolutionaries who cry for aid, yet conceal their true intentions as deceitful companions. They were arrogant enough to obliterate an innocent Freelancer transport within my sight, near the Tau-29 Freeport's no-fire zone. Should it be confirmed that any of us associated with these lunatics, I will take it upon myself to confront them face-to-face. This is an outright challenge to our crusade against corruption, and treachery. I can confirm that the dialogue with this deranged individual yielded no significant revelations. Gallic threat persists very well, and they will face utter destruction within Kusari. That much I can say.

A direct act of sabotage has been carried out against the alien artifact smuggling chain, storming the gates of violent Corsairs, and their highly dangerous schematics. While scrutinizing notorious trails forged by Hogosha, and their loyalists, I suddenly laid eyes on an unprecedented Gaijin poisonous convoy. Initially, I marked primary path in sector B5, where the subjects were heading westward towards the Tau-23 Jump Hole. Following my query about the origin of the materials' excavation and its intended destinations, I got several responses. As per their confirmation, the material was excavated in a remote area within Omicrons, while the stated destination appeared to be Gallia.

My previous research uncovered a fruitful revelation that Corsairs utilized emissaries to further facilitate artifact-related convoys, leading to a notable increase in their transportation capacity. By indirectly teaming up with Samura, they are struggling to strengthen transportation, while secondary actors like Hogosha remain much subservient in this process. Recent surge in the spread of this poison calls for merciless action, either through its acquisition using available vessels aiming to carefully perish it or sabotage the convoys through harsh piracy. Continuing with this report, I exerted pressure on the convoy to send a considerable amount of credits to our cause.

However, they stubbornly refused soon after. Luck was on my side as Akayama, our cruiser under command of Ayano Sano, was nearby, providing valuable support. we were able to neutralize approximately four suspects, involving two fighters and two frigates transporting artifacts. Unfortunately, other two eluded capture due to the mounting pressure. We efficiently obliterated majority of the artifacts, leaving smaller fragments for transportation to Sendai Research Complex. Though we grasp direct hazards of artifacts' core essence, seeking assistance from the Order could reveal more efficient approaches. Nevertheless, our wrath will persist in bringing death to those who toy with fire. And, for the record, one of them held Nomad-related matter in their cargo bay.

On this occasion, my intention is to briefly elaborate for those who may not be aware of undertakings that we have set in motion, negotiating agreements ought to strengthen our hand in hand proceedings with strategic associates. Yūmō Rōnin is taking into consideration prophylactic measurements against particular harmful matters that openly, and from the shadows shape our operations, and hold influence over our culture.
