New BAF Recruitment Officer Needed - Dieter Schprokets - 04-27-2009
Aubrey is dead. Grin killed him.
Not to worry. He is going to stay on as new Ensign Character.
But he has more RL stuff, and can't be recruitment officer anymore.
The recruitment officer:
1) Posts in the recruitment thread to answer new recruits applications.
2) Sends them a PM asking several questions. A form, really.
3) Evaluates the response, then sends them another form if accepted. A good application, he can just accept. A marginal one, I'm asked about. That form explains all they need to know to start about BAF.
Volunteers? Someone Lt Commander or over, please.

I'll volunteer. It will let me get a better look at new recruits as the training officer, too.
Also, didn't we close the recruitment?
EDIT: I suppose I'd be hogging the faction responsibilities if I did it, unless nobody else wants to.

We need a Lt. Commander and up in charge of recruitment, due to the fact they aren't as much bias as an Ensign and Lieutenant. So no offense Ramey, don't think you would cut it. (Nor would I.)
If it comes down to a vote later on, that would be great. But for right now, I'm going to have to say give it to Hobart, since he's a training officer he can give it (Training Officer title) to Carter or one of the Lt. Commanders. (That's active mind you.) So that way we can keep the Three TO's and have a Recruitment Officer.
Also, I would narrow it down to either a Commander, or one of the Training Officers. (More experience when it comes to commanding.)
