As new partners, we will not let the Republic of Liberty down, even during these challenging times and will remain by the Republic's side. Our Ministries will remain in close communication to ensure your well-being.

For future tourists, we invite you not to visit Liberty due to its heightened level of conflict across their space. To all Gallic expatriates living in the Pennsylvania System or any potentially dangerous areas within Liberty, please adhere to the guidelines outlined by this document:

• Register IMMEDIATELY with the Gallic Embassy (located on Planet Manhattan) as diplomatic missions help provide update, assistance and support during a potential emergency.
  
• If necessary, exercise caution during your movement to ensure your safety amidst the ongoing armed conflict. Stay vigilant and prioritize your security while residing in Liberty.
  
• Contact the Liberty Police Incorporated and the Gallic Embassy (located on Planet Manhattan) if you encounter any safety concern and/or require assistance.
  
• Ensure your place of residence is secured. If suspicious activity is detected, please notify the Liberty Police Incorporated.
  
  We hope that our joint efforts and our continued collaboration will lead Liberty toward a peaceful resolution for all residents of Liberty, and the Gallic expatriates living there.
