I have a question regarding Derelict Nomad Artifact; how do I acquire one, short of buying one on the forum?

I did a video tutorial about how to acquire one, here it is:
TL;DR You go to Omicron Major, 6C, there will be a hole, you go in there, you shoot the thing for 10 minutes straight, you tractor it, and get out.

Thank you Kherty, very informative and a nice video. Have a few more questions if I may, is this one per character deal or many as you want after server restart? Also, is GB the best ship to use for this mission?

My pleasure.
I believe it is once per restart. It's loot so you can redo it ad nauseam with the same or other characters.
I used the GB because you can enter the Nomad Reactor thing to be shielded from the Nomad turrets firing at me. I think it's the perfect in-between for this, with firepower and agility, plus caps higher than gunboats cannot enter the tunnel I'm pretty sure.
